Refund Policy
7-day free trial
Your card is registered when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the 7 days are over, from your account, at no cost and without giving a reason.
After the first charge
Subscriptions are not refunded pro rata. Cancelling stops the renewal: your access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it ends.
Technical failure on our side
If the product is unusable for a reason that is our responsibility, we refund the last billed period in full, on request made within 14 days.
How to request a refund
Email support@tradekap-tools.com with the order number shown on your Paddle invoice.
Who bills you
Paddle acts as our official reseller (merchant of record). Paddle issues your invoices and processes refunds.
