Question 1

Does TRADEKAP place trades for me?

Accepted Answer

No. You decide. The tool executes what you ask it to and applies the exit rules you have set.

Question 2

Does it work with my prop firm?

Accepted Answer

Yes if your prop firm allows management EAs. Check its rules. Compatible with MetaTrader 5, hedging-mode accounts.

Question 3

Do I need a VPS?

Accepted Answer

A VPS is recommended so the management runs 24/7, but a computer left on is enough.

Question 4

Does TRADEKAP see my broker password?

Accepted Answer

No, never. The tool does not log in to your account. A program sits on your MetaTrader and sends the data.

Question 5

Which brokers are supported?

Accepted Answer

Any MetaTrader 5 broker.

Question 6

MetaTrader 4?

Accepted Answer

Not today.

Question 7

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data is kept. Access is restored if you resume.

Question 8

Can I use it with my team?

Accepted Answer

Up to three traders per space.

Question 9

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You keep full access until the end of the paid period, then it expires. Your data is kept.

Question 10

Refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Contact us. Refunds are handled case by case.

Question 11

What is TRADEKAP?

Accepted Answer

TRADEKAP is two things in one tool. A trading journal that fills itself from your MetaTrader account, and an execution terminal that lets you place and manage trades from your browser. You set your exit plan once — break-even, partial take-profits, trailing stop — and your own MetaTrader terminal enforces it, whether your laptop is open or not.

Question 12

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from My account. Changes are prorated.

Question 13

Payment methods?

Accepted Answer

Manual validation today. Online payment coming soon.

Question 14

Which currency?

Accepted Answer

USD. Conversion is shown in your display currency.

Question 15

Who is TRADEKAP for?

Accepted Answer

Manual traders who have a plan and struggle to hold it. It works the same whether you trade your own capital or a prop firm account, and whether you run one account or fifteen. It is not built for signal followers or for people looking to copy someone else's trades.

Question 16

Does TRADEKAP place trades for me?

Accepted Answer

No. You decide every trade. TRADEKAP executes what you ask and then enforces the exit rules you defined for that trade. It never opens a position on its own, never picks a market, and never suggests a direction.

Question 17

Is TRADEKAP a signal copier?

Accepted Answer

No. TRADEKAP routes your own orders to your own accounts. It cannot follow another trader's account, subscribe to a signal provider, or receive trades from outside your space. If you are looking for a tool that mirrors someone else's trading, this is not it.

Question 18

What does TRADEKAP replace?

Accepted Answer

For most users, three things: a trading journal paid for separately, a copier used to send the same trade to several of their own accounts, and keeping MetaTrader open all day to watch exits.

Question 19

What does the AI coach do?

Accepted Answer

It reads your closed trades and points out patterns in your execution — which sessions you perform worst in, whether you tend to cut winners early, how often you move your stop. It comments on how you execute, never on what to trade. It gives no market views and no investment advice.

Question 20

Which languages is TRADEKAP available in?

Accepted Answer

English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese and Hindi. You can change language at any time from the sidebar. Trading terms such as drawdown, break-even, take profit, MAE and MFE stay in English in every language, because that is how traders use them.
